The DEPRAG Screwdriver Function Module with Electronic stroke (E-SFM) is a logical addition to DEPRAG’s already extensive portfolio of standard automation components. The electronic drive of the E-SFM allows quick reaction to complex screwdriving tasks, as well as adaptability to new fasteners and changing assembly requirements. Adjustments to downforce, speed and position are simplified in the screwdriving application, thus allowing for reduced cycle times and decreased stress on the assembled components.

The E-SFM is capable of 65 different screwdriving positions – all without losing the fastener position. Moreover, it is suitable for applications which require the fastener to be driven from above, below, horizontally, or at specific angles. This makes the E-SFM especially matched for fastener depth control parameters and testing processes.
